    2. When utilizing our Coaching Services, you understand that our coaches will provide guidance and advice based on their expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements in your performance.
    3. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if we suspect any fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms of Use, or any other misuse of our services.
  5. Loyalty Program
    1. Our EloShower Boosting loyalty program consists of 3 levels, for a certain amount spent in our store you have the opportunity to receive a discount on our services sent to your email.
    2. The code provided for use in our loyalty program is unique and provided only for one user, if we notice suspicious activity and use of the code many times for other users, we reserve the right to immediately interrupt the service, permanently suspend any actions related to this person until further notice or even a ban on using our services for a year.
  6. Payments and Refunds
    1. Payment for our services shall be made in accordance with the rates displayed on our website or as agreed upon between you and EloShower Boosting.
    2. Payments are refundable or pertial refundable, except as required by applicable law or stated explicitly by EloShower Boosting in certain cases.
    3. In the event of unexpected or unavoidable circumstances that prevent us from completing a boosting order, we offer a full refund at our discretion.

(for example UE Countries).
    2. Any and all disputes which might arise under or out of this Terms of Use shall be examined according to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Poland. A court of competent jurisdiction is the court of the EloShower Boosting’s seat.
